-Responsible in monthly payroll processing and administration using FlexHR System
-Responsible for the development and execution of the full spectrum of HR initiatives, activities and administration functions.
-Assist in implementing standard operation procedures, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, performance
evaluation and staff compensation and benefit.
-To execute the HR strategies, policies and practices.
-Work closely with HR Manager to ensure efficient delivery of HR services to lines managers in supporting the business.
-Any other ad-hoc assignments relating to HR & administaration delegated by the HR Manager from time to time
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
-Able to work well under tight deadlines.
-Expereince in payroll HR system will be an advantage.
-Well versed in full spectrum of HR functions.
-Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa. Converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
-Highly committed and motivated to perform.
-Pleasant disposition and able to work well with all level of employees.
