Description :: - To assist Human Resource Executive in handling full HR spectrum including payroll and general
office administration.
- To liase with relevant parties regarding human resource matter such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax,
Immigration, etc.
- To update and monitor employees record including annual leave, attendance record, asset
management, etc.
- Preparing correspondence, forms, reports, letters and other documents.
- Maintain and monitor staff benefits to ensure all are under control and not misused.
- Preparing management reports and undertaking any other duties directed by Management.
- Any other company matters not stated above as and when necessary.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource
Management or equivalent.
- Candidate must have atleast 1 year experience.
- Computer literate and able to communicate in writing and verbally.
- Candidate must possess own transport.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Cheras Jaya, Balakong, Selangor.
- Able to start immediately.
