- - PAYROLL - Responsible for payroll related activities including timely payment of employees’ salaries and claims reimbursements and the accurate maintenance of complete and systematic payroll records.
- Ensure that all payroll related accounts are properly accounted for and that appropriate actions are taken to clear all discrepancies and reconciling items.
- WORK PERMIT - Monitor applications and progress of licenses, project and work permit for foreign workers’ issues, including registration, passport / work permit renewal in line with government bodies and regulations.
- RECRUITMENT - Responsible for the manpower planning and timely recruitment of employees as per the manpower budget and projection.
- ADMINISTRATION - Manage the administration expenses and coordinate general purchasing of site equipment, stationery, accommodation requirements and etc.
- Responsible to conduct induction for the new comers.
- Review existing processes, workflow and documentation, analyse problems and recommend improvement / solutions and enhancement to system to increase productivity.
- Manage and handle any ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks - Requirements :
- - Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Exposure in construction environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Familiar with both employment and immigration regulations.
- Applicants must be willing to work in PUCHONG Selangor and PENGERANG Johor
