Description :
- Execute the full spectrum of HR functions which includes recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations and training and development.
- Take ownership for timely and accurate monthly payroll preparation, processing, verification and approval.
- Undertake recruitment exercise (from sourcing to on-boarding process) to meet the manpower needs of the Company in a timely manner.
- Conduct staff orientation, induction programs and exit interview.
- Prepare appraisal form for annual remuneration review, staff confirmation, promotion, salary review and etc.
- Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, disciplinary, memo and all other HR related letters.
- Update and maintain staff information, attendance and leave record.
- Monitor and management of staff medical claim, liaise with insurance agents, and panel clinic when necessary.
- Sourcing training program as and when needed.
- Administer the training records, apply for grant and submit claim through hrdf website.
- Liaise with government/ statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, IRD, labour office and etc to ensure compliance with regards to statutory regulations.
- Prepare monthly payroll report to finance department.
- Assist to maintain positive employee relations through engagement sessions and activities.
- Maintenance of office premises, assets and company vehicles, including road tax, insurance and vehicle inspection.
- Request quotation for all administration works, sourcing of suppliers and liaise with suppliers/ on quotation.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Nilai.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess own transport and able to travel.
- Knowledge in Orisoft with will be advantage.
