- - Responsible to handle full spectrum of payroll & time management processing and administrative
-Dealing with Goverment departments and regulatory bodies (ie. EPF, Socso, Inland of Revenue, HRDF, PTPTN etc.)
- To ensure staffs database are properly updated. To organize proper record keeping anf filling of staffs correspondence and documents
- Assist in organizing staff activities so as to foster good working relationship among staff
- -Monthly Mangement Reports in excel files
- To assist in HR management System (payroll) - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English, Malay and knowing of Chinese would be added advantage.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Well verse with Malaysian Labor Law, Employment Act and other related Legislation
- Strong sense of responsibility, disciplinary and commitment
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
