- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, induction programme, maintain budget for headcount and resignation process.
- Conduct internal training, source for external trainer, arrange for HRDF grant application and submission of claims.
- Monitor all types of leave and perform record keeping, manage Group Insurance for all staff and to liaise with Insurance Brokers for related matters and assist
in annual performance appraisal and Key Performance Index (KPI).
- Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions timely and accurately and ensure it is comply with the statutory requirements and datelines.
- Handle and advice Management when disciplinary issues arises and ensure the ncessary actions taken against are in compliance with the local Labor Law.
- Liaise with Committee Members on staff activities from planning, designing, arranging to coordinating.
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time. 
Requirements :
- Candidates must have at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Studies / Administrations or any equivalent.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statuory regulations.
- Possess good working attitude such as self-independent and initiative.
- Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Those who are able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage though not essential.
