- - To support for full spectrum of Human Resources and Receptionist role
- To assist in HR Management System (recruitment, orientation, training & development, payroll, compensation & benefit, foreign worker application, procedures & policies and etc)
- To assists in implementing employee benefits program and ensure compliance with policy and procedure
- Other HR & Admin functions as and when assigned by the superior from time to time - Requirements :
- - Must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/ A Level/Pre-U or Diploma level.
- Required skill: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- With 1 year relevant working experience in HR/reception or customer service duties
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
- Able to communication well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good in co-ordination, follow up & communication skills
- Conversant with Employee Act, Industrial Relations Act, and any other statutory regulations
- Candidate who have experience in Administration will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in basic accounting will be an added advantage - Lowest Qualification :
