Description :
- To oversee and coordinate all facets of the day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with all Company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards of practice.
- To be responsible for the manpower planning, recruitment and selection of candidates for appropriate positions required, conduct interviews, hiring of new staff and to provide employee orientation.
- To conduct induction sessions for new employees on the Company’s Quality Policy and Quality Objective.
- To manage and discharge HR functions in achieving quality, efficiency and compliance objectives are met.
- To prepare Payroll:
*Oversee all payroll functions to ensure employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
*Process all staff claims / allowances / reimbursement e.g. overtime, medical etc.
*Generate payroll related reports and pay slips for distribution to all employees.
*Process and submit statutory & benefits remittances on time i.e. EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax.
- To liaise with the Finance Department on matters relating to payroll
- To manage and monitors the processing and entry of employee source data and documentation into the human resources information system and the manual personnel files; to develops and implements policies and systems to ensure the highest standard of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in personnel records management.
- To administer the Performance Appraisal process and conduct employee performance reviews.
- To liaise with other Department Heads on the Performance Appraisal review and Training Needs for the various Departments this will include the yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) exercise.
- To exercise caution, fairness, proper judgment in consultation with the Directors on any authorized personnel when carrying out any disciplinary action against any alleged employee for any misconduct, given minor or major offence in order to avoid any legal implications. The disciplinary action could include one or combination of issuance of warning letter, conducting domestic inquiry or even termination of employment.
- To be responsible for handling reference checks concerning current or former employee, to verify information on employment date, job title etc.
- To process monthly payroll for Group
- To attend to enquiries on reference check for current / resigned staff.
- To provide employee orientation in your Department ensuring that new staffs are being briefed on the Company’s Policy and Quality Objectives.
- To ensure the ISO 9001 QMS systems procedures are implemented. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience, with minimum 3 years working exposure in a managerial capacity in Human Resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management and staff development.
- Good working knowledge of current trends and practice if HR management as well as Malaysian Labour Law.
- Ability to think strategically and to ensure HR issues are addressed in the strategy and operational plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required with ability to manage pressure.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Candidate with ability to converse in Mandarin will have added advantages.
