- The HR Head manages the overall Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company with the whole HR/ER/GA/Utility/EHS Function.
Major Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR team with the whole HR/ER/GA/Utility/EHS Function.
• Provide HR leadership to businesses, supporting business partners as to ensure HR strategy to meet the needs of businesses
• Effective management of HR business in budget planning and investment coordination
• Implement cultural discipline to disseminate core processes and program across the globe
• Work closely with the Leadership team and leaders to provide coaching, talent support and organizational support
• Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and free from all legality issues.
• Serve as the advisory role to all line managers about all HR issues: management of staff, remuneration, and etc.
• Manage all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay raises in consultation with the dept. heads. Implement any increases in salaries and promotions.
• Define organizational principles that enable delivery of individual and organizational performance outcomes
• Gather feedback & input from the business on needs and effectiveness of plans in effect
• Manage all HR documents for the business in support of business goals, enterprise and Consumer HR strategies
• Develop talent strategy in partnership with stakeholders to cultivate diverse leadership talent. Also engage with Regional HR heads in leadership training.
• Drive HR strategy and support enterprise HR strategy, programs, policies for their business area and leadership team.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice
- Requirements :
- • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s degree in HR, OD, Org, Psych, or related discipline preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required, including experience in managing PLANT HR from a Manufacturing background and managerial experience coaching and leading talent; a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR or HR related experience is required. A minimum of 10 years of people management experience is required.
• Previous experience of managing an Human Resources team
• Previously influenced senior managers, built strong commercial relationships and driven an HR strategy
• Relationship management, excellent coaching and collaboration skills are required.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to create integrated global HR solutions to support enterprise goal, in alignment with global HR strategies is required.
• Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation and consultative skills is required.
• Strong capability in assessing, hiring, developing and coaching talent is required.
• Embodying strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills is required.
• Strong presentation skills, ability to speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience is required.
• Thought leader experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills is required.
• Act as a role model for the organization, with a forecasting ability, and serve as the source of knowledge. Collaborative and achieve solutions to realize win-win outcomes
• Able to work within deadlines and adapt to changing conditions. Ability to generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are present
• Consistently makes informed talent and organization decisions through evidence-based decision making is required, to improve business outcomes; leads team to do the same.
• Promptly accommodate to management change initiatives with measurable and sustained impact.
• Collaborative partner and team leader with a strong drive to create a positive and inspiring work environment, especially during times of change.
• Experience in partnering with others to integrate HR solutions from local customer’s needs, social trends, and short- and long term needs to achieve business goal.
