'- Provide PA duties and administrative support for Plant Manager.
-Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals within Senai office
- Greet and receive visitor(s).
- Maintain office procedures, update internal telephone listing.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office and pantry.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms, alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- Handle information requests or enquiries on the telephone. Receive and relay telephone messages.
-Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up via local courier or international courier and sign for packages
- Purchase of stationery and office supplies. Arrange name cards for new employee.
- Coordinates office management activities. Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Locate suitable business premises or housing for expatriate employee and liaise with management office personnel/vendors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepares itineraries and make hotel reservations.
- Assist employees in applying VISAS. Prepare and monitor Travel Approval.
- Work with hotels for annual corporate rates.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
- Assist Senior Finance Executive to record staff reimbursement and payment to staff and vendors.
- Verify supplier invoices and forward to Finance Department for payment.
- Raise Purchase Order for purchases.
- Any other assigned responsibilities i.e. annual company stock take. 
Requirements :
'-At least a Diploma in PA, Secretarial, Management or related discipline.
- Good English oral and written communication skills
-Aptitude for working with computers
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
- Details and result oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skill especially in correspondence an letter writing.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Application.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes for this position.
- Able to work independently / multi tasking.
- With 3-5 years experience in related fields.
