Description :: -Describes and analyzes current business/service processes, mainly focus on implementing and improving the workflow
-Recommend optimized workflow that execute processes more efficiently to accomplish the business strategy
-Analyzes trends and statistics to create action plans for process improvement
-Define, implements and performance measurement
-Develops and maintains process documentation
Initiates, develops, and shares best practices, policies, and procedures across their organization
-Analyzes business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions
-Assists in business process redesign as needed
-Translates high level requirements into function specifications for development team
Requirements :: -Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
-Able to conceptualize ideas and translate into technical solution
-At least 2-3 year software QA or relevant experience
-Excellent analytical/problem solving skill
-Exceptional communication, customer service, interpersonal, rapport-building, listening, questioning, prioritization and documentation skills
-Able to be deployed on extended hour standby support and work under pressure
-Candidates must possess good communication skills, both written & oral, in the English language
-Travel within Asia is required
