- To provide supports on handling disciplinary issues, staff counselling and other employee relation matters in compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws.
- To handle foreign workers matters.
- To handle purchase, stock tick, record and issue stationery.
- Maintaining employee record
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- To handle company licenses renewal
- Provide general support to visitors
- To handle application of PTP pass
- Able to work indepently.
- Undertake other adhoc tasks related to HR and Admin as and when required.

 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/""A"" Level/Pre¬U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
