- '-To perform and provide support in the day to day general HR Administration , receptionist functions.
- To maintain effective filing system and upkeep of employee records ( personal data, leave & medical record)
- Assist superior for full spectrum of human resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment& staffing. time management system , performance appraisal, training & development and employee relations.
- Handle ISO progress
- Apply /Renewal/Terminate all the licences, agreement eg : insurances, products, business, road tax, tenancy agreement, fire extinguisher,
-Handle incoming & out going letter.
-Event , promotion & Exhibition booth enquiry & booking.
- ad-hoc duty from time to time
- Requirements :
- '-Must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration Human Resource or equivalent.
-Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Computer literate.
-Must have at least 3 years related working experience related field.
