- To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards.

Management of company’s apartment, rented premises, accommodation, logistic and all travel coordination activities
Management of company’s car and messenger services
Maintain inventory for office supplies, assist with cost comparisons for vendors to maintan cost effectiveness and quality
General office duties such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisiton of supplies, faxing
Receive and distribute all incoming mailing and coordinate outgoing mail, including courier services and interoffice mail distribution
Responding to staff requests for administrative support as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilites as requested with a sense of humor and team spirit
Maintain excellent public relations by assuring that public/and internal inquiries are answered in a courteous manner and that complaints are responded to promptly
Any other adhoc assignments according to business needs
- Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration,
Good command of English language
Preferebly 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Good work ethics and confident communication skills
Flexible, proactive and multi task ability
Able to work under tight schedule, highly matrix environment and minimum supervision
