 To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards.
 To manage room reservations ensuring that the bookings team are processing all enquiries accurately.
 Recruitment, induction and training of general administratiors and meeting room co-ordinators
 Appraisals and performance management of staff, including monthly meetings.
 Leading, monitoring, motivating and inspiring the team; providing guidance and support.
 Review of existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House Services
 On-going development of skills and knowledge for the admin team.
 Supervise the co-ordination of VIP Functions and events.
 Coordinate and liaise with Company Secretariat and insurer.
 Management of company’s apartment, rented premises, accommodation, logistic and all travel coordination activities
 Management of company’s car and messenger services
 Maintain inventory for office supplies, assist with cost comparisons for vendors to maintan cost effectiveness and quality
 General office duties such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisiton of supplies, faxing
 Receive and distribute all incoming mailing and coordinate outgoing mail, including courier services and interoffice mail distribution
 Responding to staff requests for administrative support as needed
 Perform other duties and responsibilites as requested with a sense of humor and team spirit
 Maintain excellent public relations by assuring that public/and internal inquiries are answered in a courteous manner and that complaints are responded to promptly
 Any other adhoc assignments according to business needs 
Requirements :
 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration,
 Good command of English language
 Preferebly 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
 Good work ethics and confident communication skills
 Flexible, proactive and multi task ability
 Able to work under tight schedule, highly matrix environment and minimum supervision
