- - Minimum SPM or equivalent (Certificate/ Diploma will be an added advantage)
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience with an eye for details
- Preferably female candidates within the age range of 20 - 30
- Responsibilities include, but not restricted to:
1. Personnel Management
a) Assist to ensure proper documentation and administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension/termination of contracts, resignations, transfer and/or other movements of staff; and ensure the relevant, parties are informed accordingly
b) Assist to coordinate payment of salaries, overtime, allowances, benefit claims, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax and ensure they are expedited timely and accurately
c) Assist to upkeep and update the information in the human resource system
d) Assist staff in the procedural aspects of compensation and benefit claims in the Company
2. Distribution of payslips, overtime/allowance slips, EPF statements, etc
3. Assist in general typing and filing
4. General
a) To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality System
b) Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior
