•Responsible for company administration functions & activities
•To assist in payroll preparation & administration
•To assist in manpower planning and execute recruitment activities
•To monitor & follow up employees due for confirmation, prepare and submit appraisal from to respective supervisor or HOD

•To maintain, monitor and tracking employees' training record

Requirements :
•Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource or other similar qualifications
•Minimum two years working experience in manufacturing field

•Computer literate
•Well-versed in Employment Act and relevant statutory guidelines.
