- Process POs with performing necessary checking and PO filtering.
- Entry POs into SAP.
- Acknowledge PO receipts and send order confirmation to customer.
- Tracking on POs receipt and updates related tools and file e.g SAP,
PAPIS, Cash Project, Letter of Credit (L/C) and Invoicing.
- Raise invoices and credit Noted.
- Scanning, mailing and filling all sales-related documents, Acceptance
protocal, service reports, approval e-mail and etc.
- Producing Sales-related reporting.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment according to business need.
 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
