· Screening through emails and reply when needed.
· Write emails / memo on behalf of Senior Manager.
· Follow up with internal / other department team members on pending matters.
· Compile reports / figures (from system / person in charge) for Senior Manager’s review.
· Key in / prepare ad-hoc financial reports in Excel / PowerPoint format.
· General secretarial works.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience preferably in the logistic / transportation industry
- Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang or Setia Alam
· Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
· PC literate, especially in MS Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel.
· Possess initiative and responsible attitude.
· Able to work under minimum supervision.
· Good command in English.
