Description :: 1. In consultation with HOD, co-ordinate with training provider on training needs.
2. Maintain up-to-date training records.
3. Ensure that employees’ performance management procedure is followed.
4. Develop tailored staff training program.
5. Identify relevant external training program (e.g soft skills training) for staff and conduct orientation for the new comer.
6. Regularly maintain open communication with staff, providing counselling where and when necessary.
7. Contribute to staff morale-building and team building initiatives.
8. Implement training and develop strategic to ensure employees’ are equipped with necessary skills and competencies which includes the implementation of job familiarization program.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource
Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Training related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
