- 1. Answering incoming calls and transfer it to the respective person.
2. To monitor and arrange for courier and reverse collection.
3. To send documents and coordinate courier companies.
4. Follow-up and liaise with various departments to dispatch documents to clients.
5. Follow-up on returns of documents.
6. Update document incoming and outgoing monitoring report.
7. Daily staff absenteeism report.
8. Issuance of stationeries and controls.
9. Monitoring and distribution of faxes.
10. Assist customer payment and banking in of cheques.
11. Arrange payment for utilities bill.
12. Print out monthly statement of accounts.
13. Monitoring and distribution of mails.
14. Other ad-hoc work as instructed by Managing Partner and Manager.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
4. Must be able to speak English fluently.
5. Prior working experience is an added advantage.
