- 1. Provide HR administration service and support the activities and projects relating to HR which include assist in day-to-day operational queries, basic system support and general administrative functions.
2. Conduct orientation for new hires.
3. Work closely with Group HR training department for New Hires Induction & Factory Tour,other soft skills and technical trainings.
4. Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify appropriate learning & development solutions to support the business needs.
5. Facilitate and coordinate internal & external training programs which includes venue bookings & setup, refreshment arrangement and attendance confirmation.
6. Update the training records and summarise pre & post training effectiveness feedback.
7. Monitor training expenses and training budget utilization.
8. Coordinate CIDB Green Card application.
9. Administer flight booking & accommodation arrangement for outstation staffs.
10. Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when required.
- Requirements :
- 1. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Social Science from recognized institutions.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources & Administration.
3. Result oriented and good leadership skills.
4. Self-motivated with effective planning & organization skills.
5. Effective interpersonal & communication skills.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
