- - To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and requires by the property development system.
- To oversee the overall sales & marketing function and activities of the development projects with the aim of achieving the Group’s sales objectives and provide high levels of quality service to continuously position the Group as a market leader in property development.
- Conduct relevant research and trend analysis in order to ensure the project’s market competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing & sales strategies and formulation of new & effective marketing plans to meet the Group’s expectations.
- To provide sufficient manpower for sales duties, launches, special events and exhibitions.
- To ensure annual sales targets are met.
- To attend to feedbacks/comments from purchasers during sales.
- To ensure that sales data and reports are updated timely.
- Able to build, lead and motivate a team of competent personnel for sales & marketing.
- Responsible for the development of marketing & promotional materials in line with individual project’s marketing plan and activities. - Requirements :
- - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition
- Work well under pressure, willing to work long hours and on weekends
- Result-oriented and possess leadership skill to lead a team of Sales Executives
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
