-New hire on boarding process
-Implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management and absence management
-Maintaining employee records
-Leave Management
-Involved in medical and insurance related matters which includes advising employees on benefits and entitlements
-Dealing with staff grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
-Handling exit clearance process
-Day to day office administration including handling staff enquiries.
-Should be well versed with MS Office specially Excel, Power point and Word
-Weekly progress updates of all HR related matters
-Other work as assigned from time to time 
Requirements :
-Degree preferably with specialization in HR or Management
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience specifically in managing expatriates on areas related to employment pass processing and end to end HR generalist roles
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Extremely confident and self-motivated person
-Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
-Flexible and willing to learn
-Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
