Description :: 1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including full cycle of payroll
processing(EPF, SOCSO, Income tax)
2. Manage and maintain employee records on the HR database including ;employment
details, promotions, qualifications etc
3. Maintaining and updating employee's personal files
4. Resolves employee's issues on disciplinary matters
5. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the
hiring proces
6. Have knowledge in the foreign workers matters, training and HRDF fund
7. Carry out office administration matters
8. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documentation as per requirements
9. Familiar with Quick Pay and TMS attendance system is advantage
10. Other task assign by HOD from time to time
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource
Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
4. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in SUBANG PERDANA.
6. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

CTLplast. Manufacturing Sdn Bhd was incorporated to carry out the exercise of venturing into plastic injection manufacturing mainly in household products as well as industrial products.
The company is also involves in secondary process such as heat transfer, ultra sonic, pad printing, hot stamping, assembly process and etc as part of forward integration and diversification exercise of company’s long term objectives.
The manufacturing plant is equipped not only with modern machines but also institute’s quality assurance programs to ensure that the products are of high standard and only allow minimum wastage.
The venture is further strengthen by the vast experienced staff with production activity adopting latest technology in order to produce quality products.
The manufacturing plant has been equipped with full robotic system in the manufacturing process to minimize the rejection rate in production as well as allow minimal number of operators in a production line.
