-Responsible for all human resource spectrum Manpower planning and headcount management
-To partner with Head of Departments and conduct Training Needs Analysis in accordance to business plans
- To develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support company's business goals and objectives Maintain and improve HR operational systems Management of foreign workers' employment and welfare matters Conduct counselling and manage any performance and disciplinary issues

Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
