Description :: 1. Conduct all kinds of training for production operators, including ESD, IPC, Hand Soldering, Induction and orientation program, and Refresher Training.
2. Prepare and update training manual for all production skill groups.
3. Prepare and update Production Skill Matrix.
4. Conduct upgrading text for operators.
5. Prepare and coordinate annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and compile into Annual Training Plan (ATP).
6. Coordinate of external training program and liaise HRDC for grant application and claim procedures.
7. Follow up with the training effectiveness report to meet the ISO requirements.
8. Update the training records for all employees.
9. Review SOP from time to time and propose for improvement
Requirements :: 1. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the training field.
3. Preferable a certified IPC Trainer.
4. Able to conduct training in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
