- 1. To manage HR department in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions
2. To assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations
3. Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process
4. Handling payroll including statutory deductions
5. Oversee employees disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies
6. Prepare budget to improvement of human resources department
7. Arrange, monitoring, evaluate the employees training sessions.
8. Conduct monthly meeting with employees that supervision for motivation and support.
9. Responsible to all the assignments given by superior
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree preferably in Human Resource Management
2. Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in related field
3. Familiar with computerized payroll processing
4. Must be familiar with Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory regulations
5. Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Malay
6. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Independence, proactive, discipline, patient
