Description :: 1. Communicates with managers to evaluate work procedures, review standards, identify methods for increasing efficiency or effectiveness, and respond proactively to any needs that have arisen.
2. Operates ethically to protect the brand.
3. Presents a professional image to guests, clients and potential function coordinators.
4. Works with HRC Manager and Kitchen Manager to ensure contract/menu is executable.
5. Conducts table visits (bar and tables) to build rapport, assess customer satisfaction, develop relationships, and promote repeat business.
6. Listens to comments, criticisms, and feedback from customers, employees and other managers to gain an understanding of areas of strength and opportunity to improve personal/restaurant performance.
Requirements :: College coursework preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required.
Minimum of 6 years Club/Hotel - Sales & Marketing Manager experience required with strong proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English
Hold a drivers license and have access to personal vehicle for sales calls
