Description :
1. Day-to-day data entry input
2. Check accuracy of figures and entries in the reports
3. Handling invoicing data entry
4. Answer auditors’ queries on bank confirmation processes
5. Prepare documents relating to bank confirmation.
6. Update bank confirmation database
7. Maintain and keep track of bank confirmation documents
8. Attend to hotline and email queries and perform checks and investigation
9. General administration activities that includes photocopying, filling, sorting etc.
10. Get involved in other adhoc tasks when necessary
11. Report to the Administrative Officer
 
Requirements :
1. Possess at least a STPM with minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
2. Fresh diploma holder in related discipline such as Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance will be considered
3. Proficient in both written and spoken English language
4. Computer literate in MS Office and preparation of documents
5. Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
6. Possess the ability to deliver good quality work under tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
7. Well-organised and able to prioritise effectively and work independently
8. Willingness to work overtime as and when required
