Description :: 1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
2. Plan & manage staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring & orientation process.
3. Ensure compliance with rules & regulations and SOPs are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction.
4. Ensure all SOP, Employee Hand Book, Salary Scale, HR Policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfer, termination and changes are approved by management and in alignment with Group HR.
5. Delivers HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees.
6. Prompt attention to employee issues and resolve grievances.
7. Payroll processing and liaise with Manager/ Department Head/ HQ and ensure timely submission of relevant paperwork.
8. Ensure timely submission of PCB Tax, EPF, Socso.
9. Maintain a constant flow of communication and consultation with HQ on all matter and issues related to HR.
10. Prepare HR documentation including employment letters, confirmation, promotion, termination.
11. Update of staff leave, attendance record, medical expenses and staff claims.
12. Tabulation of monthly staff thumb-in/ attendance record.
13. Other duties as required by management.
Requirements :: 1. 1-2 years experience as HR Executive or equivalent.
2. Exposures in hotel/ hospitality or related industry.
3. Strong people person with the ability to interact and build good work relationship at all levels.
4. Able to set work priorities and identify the core function of HR.
5. Familiar with payroll processing
6. Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, internet applications.
7. Good command of spoken and written English.
8. Organised, assertive, enthusiastic, diligent, positive attitude and self-driven
