- •Design and implement effective talent sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization
•Lead the change management and HR Process Re-engineering processes and program and manage key corporate HR projects
•Build close, effective relationships with business leaders to ensure alignment of the HR process and systems with business needs
•Oversee the utilization of standard processes, tools and training to help employees aligned with Hyflux culture, leadership values, job requirements while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
•Measure and analyze key metrics for the purpose of ensuring HR effectiveness and quality; and, lead efforts to keep the HR team aligned and effective against key priorities
- Requirements :
- •Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
•Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in Business Partnering
