- •To communicate Company's Quality Policy and Quality Objective to all employees during the orientation programmed
•To plan and coordinate internal and external courses for employees to improve their skills and competence in terms of quality and maintain training records.
•To initiate long term of better understanding of each other's objectives and roles in the company.
•To liaise with the Government Authorities and Statutory Bodies on matters related to Human Resources.
•To recruit manpower to meet the company's operational requirements.
•To plan social and recreational activities to foster team spirit.
•To coordinate and monitor the security services provided by the security company.
•To verify salaries payments for all staff
•Foreign worker management
•To ensure facilitate and plan training (e.g. GMP) to employees in compliance to HACCP.
•To manage all matters related to labour union matters.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Candidate must be wiling to work at Seksyen 16 Shah Alam and Seksyen U1, Glenmarie.
