The successful candidate will report to the Senior Assistant Vice-President / CorporateHuman Resources Director – Hotel Operations and will assist in the following roles:- HRIS Administration
•Directly manages the department’s administrative functions of the HRIS.
•Maintain & update HRIS infrastructure (e.g. updating job titles and job codes) by understanding BTHR parameters, then partnering with property HR teams to ensure the system is set-up and maintained correctly to process proper deductions.
•Perform regular audit checks on the system to ensure data integrity; continually making checks on system templates including, but not limited to, approval flow and HR transactions.
•Responsible for HRIS and admin support to maximize efficiencies through the use of HRIS.
•Primary contact for all system issues, and acts promptly to resolve issues; test, investigate and troubleshoot issues before escalating to vendor’s support team when required.
•Researching & resolving HRIS issues, unexpected results or process flaws by performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
•Create & maintain personnel & employment data; manage and design the mapping of all HRIS tables to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliances and enables comprehensive reporting.
User capability building
•Develop & maintain user friendly procedures, guidelines and documentation for training purposes to ensure efficient use of the system for the users
System Management
•Key liaison between BTHR and vendor; to update management on HRIS status and issues.
•Effectively translates business requirements into configuration specifications for improvement in the overall experiences for users by developing and revising the system set-up accordingly.
•Facilitate the upgrades of HRIS:
◦Manage the review, testing and implementation of upgrades / patches
◦Communicate all process / system changes to the appropriate audience(s) including management and users.
System-based Analysis support
•Create & maintain custom reports for use of management and property HR; write, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries by utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
•Develop & administer standard reports on a regular basis.
•Ensure accurate documentation process manuals are designed and updated for all reports
HRIS Conversions (as contracts are signed)
•Liaison between configuration teams and hotels on requirements.
•Vets submitted information that it adheres to both system as well as BTHR parameters.
•Directly manages timelines that are within sphere of control.
•Directly reports to BTHR on project status on a timely basis
Ad-hoc
•Any other ad-hoc assignments
 
Requirements :
•Possess minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource field
•Preferably possess a Diploma or Degree of related educational qualification
•Experience in Oracle Fusion Applications - HCM and Taleo Cloud
•Ability to rollout the implementation involving setting up environment, UAT, Go-Live for hotel properties
•Detail-oriented and meticulous as the employee will need to handle large amounts of data & information.
•Effective interpersonal & problem resolution skills
