- •Responsible to drive and manage the full spectrum of HR functions of the Company.
•Revised and refreshed existing HR policies.
•Responsible for recruitment, payroll and all government matters related to Labour Office, IR, EPF, Socso, IRB and HRDF.
•Work out with other departments the budget for human resources and administration to meet company objectives.
•Responsible for employees' relations activities inclusive of discipline, couseling, welfare and training.
•Develop and promote a strong company culture to enhance cohesion within the company.
- Requirements :
- •Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with minimum at least 5 years working experience in HR function in manufacturing sector.
•Up-to-date knowledge of latest procedures and techniques related to HR issues.
•Possess excellent written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Strategic thinking with commercial, organizational and financial awareness.
•Self managed, strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other people.
