To oversee the day-to-day operations of the centres.
To monitor the overall operations and management of the centres.
To foster team work and build conducive working environment for staff.
To monitor and assess supervisors/ teachers performance from time to time.
Annual Events and Projects Management
To organize annual events and any other projects in centre.
To coordinate with other principals on the annual events and any other projects.
Coordination and Liaison
To liaise and coordinate with HO on all operational and relevant matters.
To coordinate among centres in the same zone
Other duties and responsibilities
To holding regular Staff Meeting.
To provide coaching and counselling for staff when necessary.
To conduct review on programme and centre progress from time-to-time.
To participate and assist in ad-hoc events organized by HO or Management.
To champion the R.E.A.L Core Values - Requirements :
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
2 years of work experience in similar capacity
Possess communication, management and supervisory skills.
Any other qualification/education/knowledge in marketing and middle management.
