General Admin:
- Responsible for management of security and ease of maintenance
- Need to interact with the authorities for Manpower, Health, Customs, Immigration, and the matter of the industrial park
- Need to engage in various committees such as bipartite, Health, Safety and Emergency Response
- Responsible for administration of insurance policies, contracts outsourcing service providers and contractors

HR:
- Responsible for developing strategic plans and policies
- Responsible for ensuring that appropriate practices, policies, procedures and systems are in place
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations
- Responsible for administering and supporting the work assignments of Expatriates
- Need to work closely with the Heads of Departments in workforce planning, budgeting and decision

Procurement:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day procurement operations
- Responsible for reviewing the procurement process to ensure compliance with business and licensing regulations
- Responsible for managing the sourcing activities, purchase and delivery 
Requirements :
- Degree, with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa
- Proficient with Indonesian laws relating to labor, immigration & customs
