- Responsible to perform office accounts & administrative functions such as procurement, expenses claims, upkeep office maintenance and invoicing
- Responsible of monitoring staff matters such as annual leave, work attendance, foreign workers work permit applications and company insurance matters
- Responsible in managing company policies & procedures, to ensure smooth running of day-to-day administration and operations
- Responsible to attend all incoming and outgoing calls or documents
Responsible for all administrative functions assigfned and other ad-hoc duties 
Requirements :
- Minimum higher secondary / Certificate in Business Studies/ Administrative or equivalent, preferably with 1 year working experience in an office environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
