Description :: - Responsible for processing invoices and issuing payment
- Responsible to prepare bank reconciliation
- Responsible to assist in preparing and handling of GST's taxes and submission including GST reporting
- Responsible to ensure proper and organized filing of accounting documents
- Responsible to manage full set of accounts for our clients in various industries
- Responsible to ensure timely preparation on Monthly Management Accounts and Financial reporting
- Responsible for Statutory Compliance Matters including Audit, Corporate Taxes and Corporate Secretarial
- Responsible to handle Payroll and related statutory submission
- Responsible of any other ad hoc assignments
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma / Advanced Diploma / ACCA Finalist / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 Years working experience in related field
- Competent with MS Office, MS Excel, MYOB, and Quickpay
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is an added advantage
- Good team player, fast learner, able to complete the job before deadline, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently and also able to deal with clients to meet their requirements
