Description :: 1. Verifying general journal, hardcopy against the ACCPAC system before finalised the month end closing.
2. Verifying financial report on monthly basis before the month end submission.
3. Costing and selling price computation
• Verify both A & B costing worksheet with BOM system figure into our profit and loss worksheet.
• Verify and judge selling price computation before announcement through email in unit cost listing with BOM system and selling price list and DAP & DAS System.
4. Analysis the margin fluctuation in between the BOM costing vs the actual cost performance.
5. Liaise with related personnel to have an improvement in PT system.
• Maintain a movement record for WIP and FG in PT System.
• Linking the inventory issue with the cabinet receiving to avoid human error.
6. Liaise with related personnel to have an improvement in inventory system.
• DN & CN from our AP record must book in as adjustment in inventory system to tally with our closting stock in our accounts book.
• Fine tune in the control of GRN receiving and MIS issuing.
7. To have a proper study in the paste wastage issue vs BOM paste usage and provide an analysis by monthly basic. Liaise with the production in charge people to have a discussion on a proper way to quantify the machine wastage.
8. Liaise with related personnel to have an improvement in PU system.
• Fine tune in the PU system (paste per unit system) and linking to BOM system.
9. To carry out other ad hoc tasks when required.
10. To contribute in achieving the relevant quality and environmental objectives and goals set by management.

Verify costing compilation and judge for selling price computation.
1. Possess manufacturing accounting knowledge. LCCI Higher with 2 years in accounting.
2. Responsible for analysis of raw materials, overhead and labor cost.
3. Study of labor hours and hours per thousand.
