- Perform general administrative task
- Administer, update and record all account and administrative task
- Responsible for handling all general office, tender and administrative work with the accounting base salary.
- Responsible for providing sales quotes and follow-up.
- Responsible to schedule and arrange appointments, meetings
Requirements :: - Possess a minimum STPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting / LCCI
- 2 year working experience
- Able to handle full set of account with UBS knowledge is a must
- Female aged below 30
- Ability in handling administration jobs.
- Good work attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy in Excel & word.
- Familiar with E-Perolehan System and EPF Online.
- Also familiar with others government online system.
- Good command of written & spoken English.
- Able to work immediately.
