Description :: - Need to review the financial performance and management of the overall report
- Make provision of financial planning, budget control, cash flow management and business plan costs.
- Responsible for Compliance with all statutory and regulatory mandates are adopted, the standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Responsible for corporate tax planning and supervising all banking and tax matters.
- Involved in the coordination of the audit and the preparation of reports manually.
- Perform ad-hoc corporate assignments as may be required from time to time by management.
