Description :: - Sending bills / invoices and confirm goods received, as well as scheduling, forecasting and issuing payment provider to manage cash assets.
- Responsible for financial executives are also required to assess the creditworthiness of potential new customers while remittances regularly evaluate existing customers to secure credit limits and payment terms for both new and existing customers.
- Make an order confirmation in, ordering provider, coordinating delivery customers, and collecting payments / remittances in accordance with the payment terms and credit limits established by the budget.
Requirements :: - The candidate has at least LCCI (Intermediate / High Level), plus a very strong CPA / Degree in accounting.
- Have 2-3 years relevant work experience.
- Have experience in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting system or professional experience the same.
- Proficient in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and writing.
- Motivational self with a strong work ethic.
