Description :: • To lead the Financial & Accounting and Management Information System team in Malaysia.
• To support General Manager with reports, analysis and planning and work closely with heads of departments in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of:
•Accounting reports summarizing the Company’s financial position and performance results
• Financial and data analysis reports necessary to support General Manager & heads of department in their operational decision making
• Budget and forecast planning for effective execution of plans
• Tax computation and submission of yearly tax
• Cash flow report & plan to ensure proper cash utilization and availability of funds.
• To review and implement policies & standard operating procedures to ensure strong financial and internal controls, together with internal audit
Requirements :: • A leader who is focus on goals, organized and make objective decisions
• A team player who is able to establish effective relationships to ensure performance
• A solution provider who is independent, highly motivated and committed to drive projects to proper conclusion
• A person who is able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting.
• At least 7 - 8 years experience, preferably in Retail Industry.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
