Description :
• To handle and perform day-to-day accounts receivable, accounts payable, all aspects of accounts, management reporting and internal control processes to ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with group policiens, statutory requirements and corporate governance.

• Able to maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
• To prepare and review budget, tax filing, compile and review tax information, revenue, expenses, and other accounting documents.

• To prepare and manage budget and cash flow forecasts, including financial analysis to control cost and imporve overall performance

• To perform and check monthly creditor statement reconciliation. Liaise with procurement department and creditors for all purchasing related issues.
• Pass journal entries and ensure all journal entries are processed in line with the month end schedule.

• Preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns and dealing direct with tax compliance matters and tax incentives

• To assist in the preparation on tax computations and year end audit. Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with auditors in completing audits timely.

• To perform financial analyses including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, correcting, and financial modelling.

• To develop recommendations from information and results; considers and conducts additional analyses as appropriate.

• Responsible for accurate and timely financial and management reporting. Ensure financial reports are completed and submitted according to the schedule determined by the management.

• Any other duty assigned from time to time. 
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in the related field, knowledge in GST submission and accounting standard is an added advantage
• Possess good knowledge of the UBS and AutoCount Accounting System
• Good interpersonal skills, communicate well in English & BM, aggressive & resourceful, self -driven, result orientated and able to work independently.
• Must able to work in Setia Alam.
