Requirements :: Roles:

Candidate will be handling inbound calls professionally and uncover customer's need for cross sell opportunities
Providing high qualities of supports to serve overseas customers regarding to client's products and services
Promote timely and accurate feedback to establish long run customer relationships
Maintain high level of satisfaction for future reputation
Understand teamwork and collaboration within the department

Requirements:

Outstanding English communication skill
Average academic result
Credit in English and Maths for SPM is a MUST
Willing to work shift (24/7) and during public holidays (will be compensated)
Interested in handling customer enquiries and complaints (especially Singapore customer)
Able to handle ambiguity and solve complex issues
Reachable by public transport; possess transportation will be an added advantage
Fresh graduate or Diploma holder with at least 2 years relevant working experience
SPM holders with a minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
