Description :: - To meet finance & accounting objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- To administer accounting status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of accounting data; preparing special reports.
- To ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- To ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports.
- To maintains accounting controls by establishing and defining accounting policies and procedure
- To maintains financial security by establishing internal accounting controls.
- Able to guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
- To ensure compliance of Malaysian tax requirement
- Handle any ad hoc assignments as and when required by the Management
Requirements :: - Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing environment
- Fast-learner,meticulous and detailed with strong leadership, analytically and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, able to work under tremendous pressure and meeting with tight deadlines
- Good coordination skill and able to work at all levels of the organization
