Description :: - Key in creditors invoice into Accounting system.
- Prepare payment, claims and reimbursement.
- Assist in any administrative and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Liaise with bankers, lawyers and other authorities
- Direct and supervise subordinates on specific work assignments and compliance to policy guidelines.
- Provide support to external department on accounting implications
- To prepare departmental reports on monthly basis and ad-hoc information
- To monitor inventory information, issue costing summary and stock control
Requirements :: - Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, etc.);
- Preferably Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good team player with ability to work under pressure.
