Description :: - Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements;
- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
producing long-term business plans
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
- Managing budgets
- Developing and managing financial systems/models
- Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments

Requirements :: - A Bachelor Degree in accounting,business, or closely related field (or equivalent education and experience) is required.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACA/CIMA)
- Requires at least five years of progressive experience in accounting and finance field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Requires a track record of success in Accounting and cash management function.
- Experience in according in coordinating and implement financial plan for control of operation is required.
- Experience with corporate profit planning, revenue forecasts, expenses budgets, capital investment, saving opportunity and exposure are required.
- Requires strong analytically and decision making skill.
- Demonstrated success in project management skill, including budgeting.
- Must possess strong management skill and strong in interpersonal skill.
- This candidate should be must have experience in Developer Companies.
- Preferably Chinese Speaking
