Description :: - Ensure financial records and reports are maintain and compliance with statutory requirements including -audit, taxation and internal control.
- Analyze financial information to develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial matters.
- Liaising with tax agent, auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and government authorities on related job matter.
- Oversee, manage and prepare the property development division's companies and projects accounting system and controls to enable cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purpose.
- Lead the accounting department, resources planning and staff monitoring.
Requirements :: - Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting and Financing Management.
- At least 3 years of related working experience preferably in properly development and construction company/public accounting film
- Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)/any equivalent certification.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
