- 1. Responsible for evaluating and reporting of all financial and cost accounting activities of its business unit in Melaka.
2. Monitor company IT functions and related projects.
3. Monitor finance team and work closely with teams from other departments
4. Handle financial and costing postmothem analysis, manufacturing variances and efficiency analysis, product standard costing, pricing exercises and cost saving initiatives
5. Execute monthly financial reporting, annual statutory reporting, tax planning,business planning (budgeting), cash flow planning, treasury management & management accounting techniques for financial performance achievements - Requirements :
- 1. Possess an accounting degree / passed finalist of a professional accounting body recognised by MIA
2. Minimum of 5 years working experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment
3. MIA member will be an advantage
4. Computer literate
5. Proficient in both verbal and written English is highly regarded.
6. Results-driven with good interpersonal skills, innovative, strong analytical skill and able to work independently.
7. Personal integrity is a pre-requisite.
